James Cropper plc (AIM: CRPR), the Advanced Materials and Paper & Packaging group, announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 4 September 2024 at The Bryce Institute, Burneside Mills, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 6QX, commencing at 11:30am BST.
The Notice of Meeting for the AGM together with a Form of Proxy are available to view on the Company's website at www.jamescropper.com/investors. The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 March 2024 can also be located on the Company's website. Physical copy documents have also been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.
