TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), the technology-enabled services company focused on people-powered digital transformation, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Stifel, 150 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6ET on 26 September 2024 at 10 a.m. BST.
The Group has posted its annual report and accounts and sustainability report for the financial year ended 31 March 2024, together with the notice of AGM, to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies of both documents are available to download on the Company's website at www.tpximpact.com/investor-relations/ in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
