Update on publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 (the "Accounts"), which were due to be published on 31 October 2024, has been delayed.

The delay in publication is due principally to the interpretation of the technical accounting treatment of certain elements, requiring adjustments to be made.

The Company's listing will be temporarily suspended with effect from 1 November 2024, pending publication of the Accounts, which is expected in early November 2024.
