Total Voting Rights and Capital
London and Lagos, 1 November 2024: In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that:
1. As at close of business on 31 October 2024, Airtel Africa plc (the "Company") had 3,689,316,704 ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote at general meetings. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
2. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 3,689,316,704. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
