(NASDAQ: TBNK) (“Territorial” or the “Company”) announced that its shareholders voted to approve the Company’s proposed merger with Hope Bancorp, Inc. (“Hope Bancorp”) (NASDAQ: HOPE) at the Special Meeting of Territorial Stockholders held today.
