RMB740.7 million (US$101.9 million ) fromRMB892.5 million in the prior year period. As a percentage of total net revenues, marketing expenses for the second quarter of 2024 decreased to 2.8% from 3.2% in the prior year period. -
Technology and content expenses
for the second quarter of 2024 increased by 10.0% year over year to
RMB487.2 million (US$67.0 million ) fromRMB443.0 million in the prior year period. As a percentage of total net revenues, technology and content expenses for the second quarter of 2024 was 1.8%, compared with 1.6% in the prior year period. -
General and administrative expenses
for the second quarter of 2024 decreased by 6.5% year over year to

This plan amends and restates the original plan in its entirety, primarily for the purpose of extending the term of the original plan, and assumes all awards granted under the original plan. The Amended and Restated 2014 Share Incentive Plan will expire upon the tenth anniversary of the effective date.
