4 Weeks of Focus was designed for anyone looking to get into and stay in great shape with an easy-to-follow program made up of twenty unique workouts over 4 weeks - 5 days a week, 30-45 minutes a day.With Kelsey leading, itfeels like working out with Shay under the supervision of a celebrity personal trainer.
For those just starting out, modifications are shown for all fitness levels.
