Exercise of Options, PDMR Dealings and Total Voting Rights
Avingtrans plc (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces transactions involving its shares by certain PDMRs and other employees pursuant to the Company Share Option plan ("CSOP").
On 20 March 2024, the Company was notified of the exercise of 192,400 CSOP options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's FY 2019 CSOP and FY 2020 CSOP.
Details of the exercise of options by PDMRs, together with subsequent beneficial holdings of each individual following the transactions, are set out below:

Issue of Equity
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM for the 192,400 new Ordinary Shares ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 26 March 2024.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the 192,400 new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 33,089,922 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
