Small Cap Awards nomination for Diversity, Inclusivity & Engagement
Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, is pleased to announce it has been nominated for the Diversity, Inclusivity and Engagement Award at the Small Cap Awards. The Small Cap Awards celebrates the best sub-£350m market cap UK quoted companies.
The Diversity, Inclusivity and Engagement Award is given for championing diversity initiatives at all levels of a company's organisation, for having measures in place to ensure equal opportunities for all employees, and for offering engagement programmes that foster a sense of belonging among employees from diverse backgrounds, as well as outreach programmes to promote diversity awareness and inclusion outside of the organisation.
The Small Cap Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 13th June 2024.
