The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") held today i.e. Monday, 13th May 2024, has considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2024.
The Board has recommended a dividend of 50% i.e. Rs. 1/- per equity share on equity shares of Rs. 2/-each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
