Announcement of the resignation of director
Zug, Switzerland - 9 August 2024 - Coca‑Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC" or the "Company") today announces that Anna Diamantopoulou, independent non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee, the nomination committee and the social responsibility committee, has informed the Company of her intention to resign from the Board of Directors of Coca-Cola HBC with effect from September 16, 2024, following the recent announcement of her intention to run for the leadership position of the PASOK political party in Greece.
Anastassis G. David, Chairman of Coca-Cola HBC, made the following remarks: "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to take this opportunity to offer our sincere appreciation to Anna for the significant contributions she has made over the past three years."
The Board of Directors has initiated a search for a replacement non-executive director, whose appointment will be subject to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company in accordance with Swiss law. A further announcement on timing will be made in due course.
This announcement is made in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R.
