Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Directors of Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces the publication today of a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus"). The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules following the publication of the Company's audited financial statements for the financial year to 30 June 2024.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 24 April 2024 (the "Prospectus").

The Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website (via   https://ashokaindiaequity.com/), subject to certain access restrictions. In addition, a copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
