HSS Hire Group plc

Change of Year End

HSS Hire Group plc ("HSS" or the "Company") announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 March, better balancing periods of peak activity between H1 and H2.

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, the Company will publish:

·      its audited accounts for the 15 months to 31 March 2025, planned to be released in July 2025 but in any event no later than 30 September 2025

·      its unaudited interim accounts for the six months to 30 September 2025, by 31 December 2025

·      its audited accounts for the 12 months to 31 March 2026, no later than 30 September 2026

The change of financial year end is effective immediately.

In addition to the published accounts as set out above, the Company plans to hold a Capital Markets Day in May 2025 which will provide more detail on the Company's business plan and KPI's.
