Result of General Meeting
Tribe Technology PLC (AIM: TRYB), a disruptive developer and manufacturer of autonomous mining equipment, confirms that at the Company's General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a poll. Resolution 1 was passed as ordinary resolution and resolution 2 was passed as a special resolution. The number of votes cast for and against each of the resolutions proposed, and the number of votes withheld, are set out in the table below.
The full text of each resolution was included in the Company's notice of general meeting posted to shareholders on 25 October 2024 and subsequently published on the Company's website.
