Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Prudential plc (the "Company") confirms that the share buyback programme that was announced on 23 June 2024 and commenced on 24 June 2024 (the "Programme") has now completed.
Since the commencement of the Programme, the Company has repurchased 81,403,648 ordinary shares in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of 657.45 pence per ordinary share for a total consideration of approximately £535m.
