2008 Planning Act application for MESH development
EnergyPathways (AIM: EPP), an integrated energy transition company, announces that, further to previous announcements made regarding the application made by the Company for s35 (1) application by EnergyPathways, the Company is pleased to note that DEZNZ has confirmed that, having considered the details of the Company's proposals, the Secretary of State concludes that the Proposed Development is nationally significant and that the Proposed Development is to be treated as development for which development consent is required.
The Company will issue a further announcement in this regard as soon as possible.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014 (which forms part of domestic UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018). The Directors of the Company are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
