PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 12, 2024-- Rubrik, Inc. (NYSE: RBRK), the Zero Trust Data Security™ Company, today announces that it will release financial results for its second quarter fiscal 2025 ended July 31, 2024, after the market closes on Monday, September 9, 2024.

Management will also host a live conference call that day at 2:00 pm PT / 5:00 pm ET to discuss the Company’s financial results.

IPO Lock-up Termination

At the opening of regular trading on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, the lock-up and market stand-off agreements executed by Rubrik’s directors, officers, and holders of substantially all of Rubrik’s common stock and securities exercisable for or convertible into Rubrik’s common stock will terminate in accordance with their terms.
