Net Sales are now expected to grow between 2% - 2.5% compared to its previous expectation of approximately 3%. The revised outlook is primarily due to the expectation for a more competitive promotional environment in the second half of 2024. - Adjusted EBITDA is expected to grow 5% - 8%, which is consistent with the Company’s prior expectation.
- Adjusted Earnings per Share are expected to grow 28% - 32%, which is consistent with the Company’s prior expectation.
- Net Leverage Ratio is expected to be approximately 3.6x at year-end fiscal 2024, which is consistent with the Company’s prior expectation.
