Annual Meeting of Shareholders details
EQB's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place in-person and by live webcast. In-person attendance is open to registered shareholders, beneficial shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders. All other interested persons are welcome to attend the meeting through the live webcast.

• When: April 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET
• In-person attendance: King Gallery, Third Floor, One King West Hotel & Residence, 1 King Street West, Toronto, Ont.
• Virtual attendance via live webcast: Access via EQB's website 

Meeting materials
EQB's meeting materials have been filed with securities regulators. The Management Information Circular contains key information for shareholders on the meeting and voting items of note.

EQB is using notice-and-access to deliver the circular and the 2025 Annual Report to its shareholders. The Circular, Annual Report and other relevant annual disclosure can be found on EQB's website, on SEDAR+ and on the website of the company's transfer agent, Odyssey Trust Company. Shareholders may also request paper copies of these documents to be mailed.
