ABO Energy has recently achieved significant progress in several international markets. In 63-megawatt wind project with PPA sold in With a projected capacity of 63 megawatts, the Canadian project will comprise up to eleven wind turbines. ABO Energy had developed the project from the ground up and partnered with Pabineau First Nation. The project name, Papoqji’jg (pronounced “pa-book-chich”), reflects this partnership: it originates from the traditional language of the Mi’kmaq First Nation and means a small, gentle, quiet pool on a river. ABO Energy secured a power purchase agreement (PPA) for the project in 2025 after a competitive procurement process.
