BUMECH SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the coal mining support and machinery industry. The Company provides its services in three segments: drilling of underground headings; servicing, operational maintenance and machine overhauls; and manufacturing of mining machines and equipment. It also makes industrial installations and devices for other sectors of the economy, such as power engineering, energy, ore and mineral mining. In addition, it is an authorized seller of Katowicki Holding Weglowy SA and offers coal from such mines as Myslowice-Wesola, Wujek, and Murcki - Staszic. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated one wholly owned subsidiary, Bumech - Technika Gornicza Sp. z o.o.
