The second business activity covers the Company's minority investments in Peter Zwack & Consorten Handels-AG (Hungary-based Zwack Group) and Underberg GmbH und Co KG. The Zwack Group engages the production of Unicum, a traditional herbal liquor and other alcohol-based products in Hungary. In Peter Zwack & Consorten Handels-AG, the Company holds a 50%-stake and an approximately 14%-stake in Underberg GmbH und Co KG.
