Hunter Group ASA, formerly Badger Explorer ASA, is a Norway-based investment company, focused on making investments in oil services and shipping areas. The Company’s main activities are shareholding in group companies and corporate functions. Hunter Group ASA’s main investment is Hunter Tankers AS, a wholly owned subsidiary shipping company. Hunter Tanker AS’ fleet consists of four identical vessels built at DSME 2019-20: Hunter Freya, Hunter Disen, Hunter Idun and Hunter Frigg. The Company’s second subsidiary, Indicator AS is a developer of the Badger Explorer technology for exploring and mapping of hydrocarbon resources. Hunter Group ASA has one operating segment which develops and operates the Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs).
