APCB INC. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and trading of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Company’s primary products include double-sided PCBs and multi-layer PCBs. The Company’s products are mainly used in the manufacturing of communication equipment, light emitting diodes (LEDs), mobile phones, computer peripherals, computers, facsimile machines, notebook computers, digital cameras and wireless transmission products. The Company mainly operates through four business segments: Taiwan segment, the Mainland China segment, Thailand segment and others segment. The Company primarily distributes its products to Asia, the Americas and European markets.
