Convergenze SpA SB is an Italy-base multiutility company, which provides Internet, voice, electricity and gas. It operates two business units: Telecommunication and Energy and Natural Gas. The Telecommunication business unit provides voice and data services at local, regional and national level. The Company owns an optic fiber network of more than 2850 km and more than 100 radio links. Additionally, it provides cloud services through its proprietary data center. Energy and Natural Gas provides customers with electricity from renewable sources only and natural gas. The Company is also developing a network of recharge stations for electric vehicles with a focus on the hospitality sector.
