Ahlers AG is a Germany-based manufacturer of fashion products. It operates through two segments: Premium Brands and Jeans, Casual & Workwear. The Premium Brands segment comprises the Baldessarini, Pierre Cardin and Otto Kern brands, and provides clothes for both men and women. The Jeans, Casual & Workwear segment comprises the Pioneer Authentic Jeans, Pionier Jeans & Casuals, Pionier Workwear and Jupiter brands as well as the private label business, and offers jeanswear, workwear and sportswear. The Company owns distribution companies in approximately 20 countries, and operates two production facilities in Poland and Sri Lanka. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Poland, Switzerland and Spain, among others.
