Brady Corporation is a global manufacturer and supplier of identification solutions and workplace safety products. The Company operates through two segments: Americas & Asia and Europe & Australia. Within each of the segments, the Company sells products under the product identification, wire identification, healthcare identification and safety and facility identification product lines to a diverse base of customers. The product identification, wire identification, and healthcare identification product lines include high-performance and products that are designed, manufactured, and distributed within the Company's value chain. The safety and facility identification product line includes a range of stock and custom products that the Company manufactures, as well as a wide variety of products that it purchases and resells as a distributor. It also offers specialty laser and mechanical engraving capabilities intended for direct part marking within a variety of industries and applications.
