The Hat Property consists of ten mineral claims totaling 5214 hectares and is 50 kilometers northwest of Telegraph Creek, British Columbia. The property is subject to a 2% Net Smelter Royalty. The Company owns a 90% interest in the Red Spring Copper-Silver-Gold Property, which consists of six mineral claims totaling 4,224.34 ha, located in the Omineca Mining District of British Columbia. The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.
