NB Private Equity Partners Limited is a Guernsey-based closed-ended investment company. The principal activity of the Company is to invest in direct private equity investments by co-investing alongside private equity sponsors in their core areas. Its investment objective is to produce attractive returns by investing mainly in the direct equity of private equity-backed companies while managing investment risk through diversification across asset class, vintage year, geography, industry, and sponsor.
