About the company

Ta Ann Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is focused on the sustainable use of timber resources, oil palm cultivation, and processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel. The Company operates through three segments: Timber products, Plantations and Others. The Timber products segment is engaged in the trading of logs, manufacture and sale of sawn timber, veneer, plywood and other timber products from timber concession licenses as well as reforestation plantations activities. The Plantations segment is engaged in oil palm plantations and milling activities. The Others segment includes property development, investment, livestock and agricultural production. The Company has approximately 13 oil palm estates with a total planted area of over 50,000 hectares, and three CPO mills with a combined annual processing capacity of 1.5 million tons of FFB.
