Uniparts India Limited is an India-based global manufacturer of engineered systems and solutions. The Company operates primarily in the business of manufacturing linkage parts and components for off-highway vehicles. Its business areas include agriculture, construction and forestry, and aftermarket. It is a manufacturer of three-point linkage systems for agricultural machinery globally. The product portfolio offered to the agriculture segment includes three-point linkage systems, assemblies, precision machined parts (PMP), power take-off (PTO) components, forgings as well as hydraulic cylinder solutions. The Company is a supplier of PMP and hydraulic cylinder solutions to the mobile equipment market and in particular to the construction market. The Company serves OHV players, including OEMs and aftermarket retail store chains, through its global business model based on its dual-shore integrated manufacturing, warehousing and supply chain management systems and solutions.
