Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. is a Bermuda-based holding company. The Company is a deep-water drilling contractor providing offshore drilling services to the oil and gas industry. It focuses on deep water drilling operations in water depths of up to 12,000 feet. Its core activities are focused on the Brazilian offshore oil and gas market. The Company is also engaged in operating in other key benign environment basins for deep water drilling rigs, including regions, such as West Africa and Southeast Asia. It owns and operates the drillship Carolina and the semisubmersible rig Victoria (the Owned Rigs) and manages the drillship Zonda and semisubmersible rig Catarina (the Managed Rigs, and together with the Owned Rigs, the Rigs), all of which drilling rigs capable of drilling in ultra deep waters. The Company's subsidiaries include Dakota Marine Inc, Carolina Marine Inc., Commodore Marine LLP, Louisiana Overseas Inc., and Zephyr Overseas Inc., among others.
