The Company has a globally diversified portfolio of approximately 34 revenue royalties on mineral properties around the world that supply and are expected to supply raw materials to support the electrification of transportation and decarbonization of the global economy. Its portfolio is focused on high-grade mineral projects that are primarily located in Australia, Canada, South America and the United States. Its royalty portfolio is composed of around 34 royalties with three in production, three in construction and 28 in development or exploration. Its three production stage assets are Mt. Cattlin, Finniss and Grota do Cirilo. The Company's three construction stage assets are Tres Quebradas, Mariana and Horse Creek. Its development stage assets include Moblan, Tansim, Valjevo, Cancet, Adina, Sirmac-Clapier, Donner Lake, Campus Creek, Lithium Springs, Zeus, Yinnetharra, Mallina and Tabba Tabba, among others.
