Acinque SpA, formerly Acsm Agam SpA, is an Italy-based company engaged in the public utility services. The Company is active in the distribution and sale of gas; distribution and sale of water; management of the sewerage system; generation and management of electric energy and heat; sale of compressed natural gas (CNG) for motor vehicles, and collection, transport and disposal of waste. As of December 31, 2011, the Company generated energy and heat through two cogeneration plants. It operates in the municipalities of Como and Monza, as well as in other towns of Italian regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Friuli. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a number of subsidiaries, including Comocalor SpA, Enerxenia SpA, EnerCalor Srl, ACSM-AGAM Reti Gas-Acqua Srl and Serenissima Gas SpA.
